Knot Unravel: Stand everyone in a circle and have them close their eyes. They should each reach out with their right hand and grab someone else’s hand across the circle. Then they open their eyes and grab the left hand of a different person. Now the group has to work together to unravel themselves without unclasping hands. In very large groups, you can split them into several clusters.
All of the activities to build teams are very easy to do, and very easy to set up. Most require no set-up or planning. Building a team was meant to be something that helps a team bond and unite, rather than be a costly operation. Building a team will help your workplace become everything it can be.
