Finding The Perfect Meditation Posture

If you are a beginner and have never meditated before or only a couple of times, you may not know where to start or if you are doing it right. There are so many different types of meditation and it can be difficult to know which one would be great for you.

A key factor in this variation is that, over time, meditation heals and empowers at deeper and higher levels, so there will be peaks and plateaus (… but you’re actually always moving forward). In this regard, meditation works subtly, but very powerfully with regular practice and over the longer run.

Starting with this brief initiation, over the years I experimented with a lot of different meditation techniques.
